Security
Security is achieved using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which provides 128 bit strength encryption, making it extremely difficult for anyone to see your personal information. We also use firewalls which prevent unauthorised users accessing your information on our systems.
Stock
Because we order stock direct from suppliers when you make a purchase, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item listed on the site. If we are unable to deliver to you within 28 days, we will contact you to let you know how long the delay is likely to be and allow you to request a refund.
Delivery
Delivery is via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please allow 28 days for delivery. You can track the progress of your order using the Order Tracking link at the top of the page. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available when the order is sent to the recipient's delivery address.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email within 2 working days of placing your order and we will issue you a refund for the full amount. If you wish to return your order, please email us and send the goods back to our postal address within 14 days of receiving them and we will issue you a refund for the price of the goods, not including the delivery charge.
